No need to worry! We’ve got you covered!
All of our Small Group Personal Training Sessions are beginner friendly. We cap our sessions at 6 participants maximum to ensure a good, technical and safe workout. Our goal in every session is to enhance your foundations, build your confidence in each session and learn the mechanics of every exercise and ensure proper technique and activation of muscle groups to get the most out of each and every session.
What to except your first time?
Expect a welcoming community, friendly staff and a coaches that are inspired by you to provide you the best class experience. Square1 is an inspired, inclusive space that is judgment free, playful, unique and always growing to ensure that all of our members reach their goals and have fun while doing so.
What to bring?
During your first visit we recommend a good pair of indoor workout shoes and comfortable clothing that you are able to move and sweat in. We request that you enter the facility with a mask and wear it until the start of your session. Maintain a safe distance between participants before, between and after your session
Where to park?
We are located on inside of C.O. R Fit in the beautiful community of Bridgeland. We are right next to Luke’s Drug Mart and Bridgeland Distillery.
We have ample street parking for an hour for free. If you require more time, there is ample parking available around the neighbourhood.
Late cancel policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any of our Square1 Small Group Session. If you fail to show up for a session, cancel a session within the 24 hours of the start time you will lose a your session and there will be absolutely no refund or transfer.

Session Break Down
Each session is non-transferable and will not roll over to the next month
There are no contracts or extra monthly fees for any of the packaged sessions. We just require a 7 days termination notice before terminating the contract
All sessions will focus on full body strength and kickboxing conditioning. We guarantee a no repeat session, as we focus on progression and goal based training for each client.
We require 2 participants minimum to run a session. We will be capping our sessions at 6 participants.
All our sessions are 60 minutes including a 10 min warm up and cool down.
