The hardest part of any weight loss or fitness journey is accountability. To overcome that feeling of loneliness is to know someone is with you 100% of the time. Our weekly check-ins will help you stay on your path, support you when you feel like you don’t have it, and will help you keep consistent for the whole 6 weeks. Check ins - Wed 7:00pm-8:00pm

Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone seeking to lose weight, be healthier, get stronger, be more confident and energized - for life. If you need accountability and want to have the encouragement and support of an amazing group of like-minded people who GET IT - this is for you.

How is this course delivered?

Redefine program group members will have a private group via a personal training app. Weekly check-ins and guest speakers via Zoom.

Will I have to count calories

No.

Will I have to do lots of cardio?

No. While we encourage cardio as part of a healthy lifestyle, it won’t be overwhelming. You got this.

Will I get a meal plan that I have to follow?

No. Because the aim is for the skills you learn to be sustainable long term, you need to make meals that YOU enjoy, not what we enjoy. That said, we will be sharing lots of recipes for you to try!

Do I need access to a gym?

No, you do not need access to a gym. All workouts and programs are designed for home workouts and can be modified to the the equipment you have.

I am out of shape - is this program for beginners?

Yes! All workouts are modifiable to all levels of ability. Actually, the newer you are to working out, the more gains you will see sooner. Tasneem will walk you through all the basics you need to know from activation, mobility, strength training, etc.

Will I lose weight?

This 10 week program is designed to be the foundation you need to succeed in your weight loss and wellness journey - for life. Our aim is for you to see a transformation of mind, body and soul. You will see yourself in a different lens. Redefine what you want for you to live your best life and be set to achieve it.

What if I have an injury?

The great thing about this program is that Tasneem can easily modify workouts to your abilities. Book a consultation so we can find out more about your specific situation.

Will I have to make dramatic changes to how I eat?

We will work on foundational changes to your nutrition one manageable step at a time. There will be no crash dieting, cleanses, or diets that have names (Keto, Paleo, Low-carb free zone). This is a great opportunity to get clarity on what health eating looks like for you. And yes, you can eat after 7 pm.

What is the time commitment for this program?

  • 1 hour weekly check-in and theme discussion

  • 1 hour weekly with guest speaker

  • 3 x 30 min workouts/week

  • 1x30 min live workout with coach

Much of the content can be accessed when convenient to you - but to get the most out of this program, it would be great if you can attend zoom check-ins and guests live. For those that miss it (we understand that life happens: kids get colds, tires go flat, periods suck), we will be sending recap emails from all our check ins.
