Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone seeking to lose weight, be healthier, get stronger, be more confident and energized - for life. If you need accountability and want to have the encouragement and support of an amazing group of like-minded people who GET IT - this is for you.
How l?
All Zoom personal training sessions will be 60 minutes long and will be twice a week. You will also receive in addition customs workouts to do on your own that will be approximately 30 minutes.
Do you offer a payment plan
Yes we do! You can pay per month for $600 per month for 3 months.
Do I need access to a gym?
No, you do not need access to a gym. All workouts and programs are designed for home workouts and can be modified to the the equipment you have.
How does LIMITLESS work?
When you register for LIMITLESS you will first meet with me for a 30 minute goal setting session, where we discover all the amazing things you want to accomplish and set them into achievable crushable goals.
We then set our calendars up and pre-book our biweekly online personal training sessions and establish the workouts you will be doing individually
Along with your sessions we will also set up your accountability check-ins, where I ensure you are getting along, and if you need help, motivation or just to talk I am there for you.
Every week we will work together to adjust your program as you start to get stronger and begin to achieve your goals. You will always be improving and evolving
Will I lose weight?
