GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Group Fitness includes Basic Lift foundation classes, Kettle Bell, Circuit Based cardio and more . The classes are capped at 12 participants so we can focus on your technique. Valid for any classes on schedule.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Personal Training Sessions include 2-6 people per session. They are similar to 1-1 training, however, it’s in a group environment. It is a preferred option to personal training, as you still get the 1-1 attention, the same training focus and direction, but with a small group of friends.
PERSONAL TRAININGPersonal Training sessions are all 1-1 and are 60 minutes. They include a free 30 min consultation, a personal program design, and an optional fitness assessment. Personal Training membership gives you full access to the gym facilities to work on personally designed program without trainer.
WOMEN'S ONLY FITNESSA women’s only Lifting and Strength Class including Olympic Lifts, the Big Three (Squats, Dead Lifts, and Presses), Assisted Lifts as well as dumb bell work. Set the foundation and progress to full movement in a Women’s Only Environment.
