We take the art of kickboxing and break it down for you. We take the technical elements and present them to you in a manner that is easy to master. Each session includes a technical element, a conditioning element, and a strengthening element. Combined we give you strength and conditioning session that sets you up to tackle anything.

SMASH

60 minute class

Smash the heck out of a heavy bag! This non-stop sweat session is an awesome way to test your mental and physical endurance. 

  • A full bag session involving kickboxing combos with body weight interval training
  • Fun, high energy, fast paced class

KICKBOX PAD WORK

60 minute class

An epic session of technical punching and kicking using thai pads. A great way to learn the basics, learn cool tricks & give your all without any consequences. 

  • Combination of kickboxing and Muay Thai to work your coordination, core and strength
  • Focus on punches, kicks, defense and combination work
  • Fun, high energy, fast paced class

KICK & LIFT

60 minute class

A sweat busting session that is sure to give your cardio conditioning a run for its money! 

  • Combination of kickboxing and strength training
  • First half of class is strength work and second half of class is conditioning involving kickboxing combinations
