GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group Fitness includes Basic Lift foundation classes, Kettle Bell, Circuit Based cardio and more . The classes are capped at 12 participants so we can focus on your technique. Valid for any classes on schedule.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Personal Training Sessions include 2-6 people per session. They are similar to 1-1 training, however, it’s in a group environment. It is a preferred option to personal training, as you still get the 1-1 attention, the same training focus and direction, but with a small group of friends.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training sessions are all 1-1 and are 60 minutes. They include a free 30 min consultation, a personal program design, and an optional fitness assessment. Personal Training membership gives you full access to the gym facilities to work on personally designed program without trainer.

WOMEN'S ONLY FITNESS

A women’s only Lifting and Strength Class including Olympic Lifts, the Big Three (Squats, Dead Lifts, and Presses), Assisted Lifts as well as dumb bell work. Set the foundation and progress to full movement in a Women’s Only Environment.

KICKBOXING

We take the art of kickboxing and break it down for you. We take the technical elements and present them to you in a manner that is easy to master. Each session includes a technical element, a conditioning element, and a strengthening element. Combined we give you strength and conditioning session that sets you up to tackle anything.

Tasneem is a certified NSCA Strength and Conditioning coach with 6 years experience in Kickboxing and Muay Thai, currently holding a blue belt.

Her philosophy 'do it right the first time' ensures that all clients and group participants move with intention and with proper mechanics. She believes that every workout & exercise should effectively translate to everyday living.

With  Tasneem you train like a fighter. Her strength programming combined with kickboxing will prepare you for any fight, race, or obstacle. Her belief that nothing is impossible fuels her passion. Lift right & kick right.

Nathaniel Agoye, Trainer
The Prototype, Pretty Boy, Always Changing, Never Perfected

Nathaniel Agoye has been involved in the fitness industry for a little over a decade now and has always been motivated and inspired to help people.

As an athlete, Nathaniel understood the importance of physical activity in maintaining a happy lifestyle, striving to lead by example and promote physical activity and healthy living. While he is passionate about bodybuilding, calisthenics, powerlifting and Olympic lifting, Nathaniel believes that everyone needs to learn the fundamentals of movement and should always come back to the basics, keeping things simple.

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to exercise, Nathaniel believes that having confidence goes a long way and can shape a person’s life and his goal is to make you feel confident that you will achieve your end result. With his outgoing personality, great sense of humor and professional standard of coaching experience ranging from newbies to older adults, Nathaniel will make sure that you have fun while you learn and sweat!

 

Heidi Spencer, Trainer

Heidi is a certified fitness trainer and current athletic therapy student. Her experience as a strength and conditioning intern with varsity and club athletes has been invaluable in coaching the more advanced lifts, while ten years of coaching kids aged 6-16 has revealed the importance of fundamental movements.

Heidi believes in educating her clients on how their bodies move and developing control over those movements. Injury prevention and proper progressions form the foundation of her coaching philosophy, along with her continued desire to learn and observe movement patterns. Heidi works with all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes and everything in between.

 

 

Nicque Winstanley, Mobility Trainer

Nicque has a background in Movement Therapy and Yoga. She shows up with enthusiasm and humour, suggesting that the practice of creating space or mobility are important for everyBODY. With Nicque, it is likely you will have a laugh and leave feeling like you've made a little more room for the finer things in life.

CY is a fitness fanatic, who enjoys learning new skill sets as well as inspiring others to achieve their goals. He believes in commitment over interest, and if he was to be described in one word, it would be passionate. His high energy, motivational and fun classes will leave you wanting more. He also has a background in Olympic Lifting, Kickboxing/Boxing, and has coached all types of athletes involved in various sports.

Simply put, he is here to help you achieve any goals you have, and he will help you apply that to all areas of your life.
